Photos from the car/through the window are sort of "snap-shotish & amateur", but I like it. I love road trips, especially with Dave. We always have amazing conversations & relish in the changing landscape. I like these simple shots -- they were all taken through the bug-stained, glass windshield, with Dave at my side & Eisley at my feet.
This is how I experience a road trip.
This is what I see.
I wish I had an actual Polaroid for capturing trips like this -- I like adding little notes & the instant nature of it -- but then I guess I couldn't play around with over-saturating & "aging" vignettes.
OTHER PHOTOS FROM OUR SAN FRANCISCO TRIP:
- Obviously, I have a habit of taking photos while driving or passengering.
Here is going home.
- Alcatraz in black-and-white
- I gathered the courage to ask a stranger on the street if I could take a photo of his awesome orange boots.
- Photographs of our stay at Triton Hotel. I am so happy with how these turned out.
